Peanut Sauce

This is one of my favorite sauces. I serve it over steamed or stir-fried vegetables and rice, rice noodles, or I just eat it with a spoon. Seriously. It’s also great on spirulized zucchini noodles or kelp noodles.

I make this very mild for guests, but add extra red pepper flakes  when I make it for my family of spice-aholics. It’s also great with your favorite hot sauce, such as Sriracha or garlic chili sauce.
